MISSION:

This Vision will become a reality when:

Interest groups belonging to a specific business, profession, industry or service are formed, headed by a convener, who meet regularly to discuss and debate matters of common interest and more importantly to mentor entrepreneurs (start-ups) by inviting them to join the group.

Every opportunity is explored to identify and take on members of good standing and experience who can participate in the interest groups or as mentors on entrepreneurship development.
First-time entrepreneurs or SME’s are attracted, encouraged, trained, selected on merit and led to the appropriate source for funding the business.
Entrepreneurs are encouraged to speak or report on their success, “road-blocks” or failures, to build a knowledge fund to guide other entrepreneurs.
A group of investors are willing to fund entrepreneurs based on a review of their business plan, with potential for growth and attractive return on capital.
Self-motivated, energetic persons come forward and offer to take charge of one of the functions of the Chapter, to produce the desired results.
A minimum of 8 programmes / lecture meetings are organized for members, which are intellectually stimulating and of value to members.
At least 2 factory visits annually, (over one week-end) are organized, to expose members to a manufacturing process, product applications and insights into the management of operations that have contributed to the success of the enterprise.
Communication between the Chapter and members in India is sustained through a monthly newsletter which covers : The activities of the chapter A business profile of members o An interesting management anecdote What’s new on the WZCC Website WZCC International news and o Members’ views or suggestions on areas for improvement.
